A: Every home built by Sea Hawk Homes is considered a completely custom new home, whether the plan is a selection from our standard design catalogue or a customer provided design. Every custom home is unique and the price will be determined by the specifications you select for your new home and the conditions of your building lot.

Q: Do Sea Hawk have dealers where we can buy?
A: Sea Hawk Homes do not have any dealers in Ontario, where you can buy our homes. Sea Hawk Homes are sold from one location only in Ontario. You buy direct from Sea Hawk. There is no dealer or middle person to deal with. This can represent thousands of dollars in savings for you the home buyer.
Q: Where can I build a Sea Hawk home?
A: Sea Hawk is building new homes for clients throughout all of Ontario (North, South, East & West), and in most areas of Eastern and Western Quebec. Our Signiture group of builders are building homes in many states in the USA and export homes to many places throughout the world.
Q. What is a building system and is it different then traditional construction?
A. A building system is a highly engineered method of producing building components for residential or commercial buildings. A Sea Hawk Home begins as components designed, engineered, and assembled in a state of the art manufacturing facility. Building inside a climate-controlled environment produces a higher quality product, built on time and by professionals who start and end every project.
Q. Can you build from my plans?
A. We can custom build from just about any plan or idea. Sea Hawk offers complete design flexibility and customization.
Q. How much finishing can I do?
A. Sea Hawk is very flexible and makes available many alternative options for finishing your home. The client can choose the amount of finishing, from anywhere between an exterior shell stage up to a finished home including foundation.
Q. Who supplies the plans for building purposes?
A. All plans are supplied and included in the purchase price of your new Sea Hawk Home. You will participate in the designing of your preliminary plans, your final plans are CSA approved for your local building codes and come complete with a certified BCIN number.
Q. Who is responsible for preparing the foundation?
A. Sea Hawk will do the foundation or you can sub-contract your own foundation. If you choose to sub-contract your own foundation, Sea Hawk will offer professional assistance and documentation to ensure proper quotations and construction accuracy.
Q. What about building permits?
A. Sea Hawk homes are CSA certified ( Canadian Standards Association ). Your new home is built to the building code requirement in your area. Your new Sea Hawk Home will also be certfied with a approved BCIN number.
