What is Novoclimat ?

Novoclimat is a  program of the Agence de l’efficacité énergétique (AEÉ) which offers financial assistance to those who purchase a new, high energy performance house certified Novoclimat in the province of Quebec.

Houses certified Novoclimat offer an energy efficiency rating of at least 25% higher than a conventional home, while offering many other advantages:

  • Higher standards on insulation, air tightness, ventilation and fenestration;
  • Healthier indoor air;
  • High performance heating system;
  • Warm, comfortable floors, and much more…
